Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform initiatives and complex implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects involving ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom modules.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders across technical, business, and vendor teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to ITIL and enterprise governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or major enhancements.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and the delivery lifecycle.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in remote environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or ServiceNow certifications.
