Description

Manage ServiceNow projects and ensure platform governance across business and IT teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure ServiceNow consultants adhere to best practices and governance standards from the MTA side.
• Oversee implementation across key ServiceNow modules including PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, and CMDB.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience with PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Bachelor's degree.
