Description

You will lead and oversee ServiceNow implementation and management projects from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and support throughout the execution lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and technical requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Leverage a technical background to guide project execution and resolve implementation challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT or related fields.
• At least 3 years of direct experience as a Project Manager.
• Technical background and understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage project teams and deliver complex implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• ServiceNow certification.
