Description

You will manage ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, partnering with Solutions Architects to plan architecture, development, and platform execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ServiceNow development initiatives, including building new system functionality and designing ATO management processes.
  • Facilitate technical design and development meetings to refine solutions and approaches.
  • Provide guidance to assigned ServiceNow Developers on utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring for scope creep.
  • Implement risk and POAM oversight, change management processes, and project documentation.

Required Skills

  • 10 years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager developing plans aligned with SOWs.
  • 5 years of experience specifically as a ServiceNow Project Manager.
  • 3 years of experience managing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • 3 years of experience documenting ServiceNow operational policies, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and CAM modules.
  • Knowledge of ATO requirements, processes, and Risk Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must reside within two hours of Woodlawn, MD and work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certification.
  • Previous Government experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
