Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for ServiceNow and complex software applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute comprehensive test plans, manual regression tests, and automated scripts.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using functional libraries while adhering to coding standards.
• Participate in the full Agile story lifecycle, including estimation, test execution, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Debug code, report bugs, and collaborate with stakeholders to push quality upstream.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience in IT.
• Proficiency in coding with modern programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with web/REST services automation tools such as JMeter, SOAP UI, or Rest Assured.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and application debugging.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (SCRUM, XP, or Kanban).
• Ability to use defect tracking software and formulate quality metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, JUnit, TestNG, BDD, Gradle, IntelliJ, Eclipse, or Git.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM business processes.
• Ability to write SQL queries for database testing.
