Description

You will test ServiceNow applications and modules for networking orchestration. You own the quality assurance process for OSS/BSS solution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases for ServiceNow networking orchestration modules.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for networking workflows and automation.
• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver OSS/BSS solution requirements.
• Participate in test planning and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Experience testing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and PowerShell for test automation.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as HP ALM or Jira.
• Experience working with Salesforce, Vlocity, Order Management, Zuora billing, Alianza Voice, and inventory systems.
• Background in Telecom OSS Engineering.
• Degree in any graduate field.
