Description

You will own functional, regression, and integration testing for ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

• Validate modules including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and identify defects in Jira.
• Support UAT, release validation, and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Experience validating workflows, approvals, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Ability to log and track defects using Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate.
