Description

You will focus on testing ServiceNow modules and building automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ServiceNow SA, Dev, and QA teams to analyze requirements and prepare test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Execute tests across ServiceNow modules to identify and report defects.
• Perform functional, regression, acceptance, performance, load, stress, recovery, compatibility, security, and deployment testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of total QA and testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow testing (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium and Java.
• Proficiency in Java/Selenium programming and associated frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services and Database technologies.
• Expertise in various testing techniques including functional and regression testing.
• Ability to debug complex issues and learn new modules or technologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
