Description
You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations, collaborating directly with SA, Dev, and QA teams to validate requirements and ensure system stability.
Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for ServiceNow modules.
- Identify, report, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform functional, regression, acceptance, performance, load, stress, recovery, compatibility, security, and deployment testing.
- Debug complex issues using web services and database technologies.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of total QA/testing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience across ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, and GRC modules.
- Minimum 5 years of test automation experience using Selenium and Java.
- Fluent programming skills in Java and Selenium WebDriver with associated frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation testing practices.
- Proficiency in Web Services and Database technologies for backend validation.
- Proven ability to debug, solve problems, and rapidly learn new ServiceNow modules.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automated performance and security testing frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional agile teams.
