Description

You will own the quality, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and security testing.
• Automate UI and API tests using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium.
• Validate portal customizations, widgets, and integrations with third-party systems like Active Directory.
• Conduct platform upgrade and patch testing to ensure stability and prevent regressions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defects using Jira or ServiceNow Defect Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and Discovery.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, and JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing using REST and SOAP frameworks, including Postman and SoapUI.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripts.
• Ability to test workflow automation, business rules, and script includes.
• Experience working within Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and performance or security testing.
