Description
Required Skills:
✔️ 7+ years of Software QA/Testing experience
✔️ 3–4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow QA experience
✔️ Expertise with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
✔️ Experience testing ITSM, ITOM, and/or CSM modules
✔️ Functional, Regression, Integration & UAT Testing
✔️ Agile/Scrum & SDLC experience
✔️ Jira or ServiceNow Test Management
✔️ Selenium experience is a plus
⭐ Preferred:
• Public Sector/Government project experience
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, Section 508, and security testing
• ServiceNow CSA and/or ISTQB Certification
Education
Bachelor's degree
