Description

You will own quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations, focusing on automated testing and regression cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to manage test plans and track defects in Jira or ServiceNow Test Management.
• Validate system functionality against business requirements and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow QA experience.
• Expertise with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience testing ITSM, ITOM, and/or CSM modules.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC.
• Proficiency with Jira or ServiceNow Test Management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Selenium experience.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, Section 508, and security testing protocols.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or ISTQB Certification.
