Description

You will own quality assurance activities for the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Perform manual functional and regression testing within ServiceNow.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Experience in manual regression and functional testing.
• Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
