Translate complex service data into actionable insights to support operational decision-making.

You will own the reporting lifecycle for Service Operations, from defining requirements to delivering executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into functional metrics.
• Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow tools.
• Build and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track key performance indicators.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations detailing Service Operations and Management performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Foundational knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
