Description

Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to drive process improvements and efficient IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform quality assurance testing on all applications and modules.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure platform standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including Glide and Jelly scripting.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and general web technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and automation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
