Description

You will design, develop, and implement RPA automation solutions within ServiceNow to streamline business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and map them to accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions.
• Design and build automated workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering or automation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow RPA platform and capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade automation workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze, document, and map complex business processes.
• Experience in system integration with various enterprise platforms.
• Skills in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting deployed automation solutions.
