Description

You will design, develop, and implement RPA bots using ServiceNow RPA Desktop Studio to automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA bots using ServiceNow RPA Desktop Studio.
• Analyze business processes with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate bots with various applications and systems to streamline workflows.
• Create technical documentation including Process Description Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Test, maintain, and support deployed RPA solutions to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing RPA bots using ServiceNow RPA hub.
• 4-6 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Software Support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language: C#, Java, or .NET VB.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, scripting, and coding.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP and web applications.
• Proven track record of delivering RPA projects from inception to deployment.
• Ability to develop As-Is (PDD) and To-Be (SDD) process documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform using Flow Designer or App Engine Studio.
• Knowledge of Python, Machine Learning (ML), and related tools.
