Description

Design, develop, and automate business processes using ServiceNow RPA Desktop Studio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA bots using ServiceNow RPA Desktop Studio to streamline workflows.
• Analyze business processes with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
• Integrate bots with various applications, including SAP and web systems, to ensure accurate execution.
• Create technical documentation, including Process Description Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Test, maintain, and support deployed RPA solutions to ensure stability and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing RPA bots using ServiceNow RPA Hub.
• 4-6 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Software Support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language: C#, Java, or .NET VB.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, scripting, and general coding practices.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP and web applications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform using Flow Designer or App Engine Studio.
• Knowledge of Python, Machine Learning (ML), and related tools.
