Description

You will manage configuration management processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data integrity and supporting SACM workflows. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage configuration items and their relationships within ServiceNow.
• Support SACM processes across Windows and Unix environments.
• Audit existing configuration data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SACM or configuration management roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Direct experience managing and auditing a CMDB.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Unix operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
