You will manage configuration management processes within ServiceNow and BMC Remedy environments, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SACM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage configuration data integrity using SQL and other database tools.
• Support service asset and configuration management workflows.
• Utilize BMC Remedy to maintain operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management or SACM roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with BMC Remedy.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
