Description

Lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, focusing on ITAM-HAM and ITAM-SAM modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITAM-HAM and ITAM-SAM modules aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including discovery, entitlement management, compliance, and optimization.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAM implementations.
• Oversee integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on ServiceNow ITAM best practices and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep specialization in IT Asset Management, specifically ITAM-HAM and ITAM-SAM modules.
• Proven ability to optimize ITAM workflows, ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of ITAM policies, procedures, audits, and compliance standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and module-specific issues.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate education level.
