Description

You will own ServiceNow platform development, architecture, and integration within enterprise production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-tier ServiceNow solutions.
• Script and automate complex processes using cloud scripting languages.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems including SCCM, Tanium, Coupa, and PeopleSoft.
• Manage and enhance Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB functionalities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of IT industry experience, including developer or Dev Lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Proficiency in Client Side and Server Side Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, GlideRecord).
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, including Integration Hub.
• Understanding of core ServiceNow components: UI Policies, ACLs, Workflow, and Import Sets.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
