Description

You will architect and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated processes using cloud scripting languages.
• Own the configuration and integration of ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow APIs, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems including SCCM, Tanium, Coupa, and PeopleSoft.
• Ensure data accuracy across CMDB and Event Management components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 5+ years of IT industry experience.
• Expert scripting in JavaScript, JSON, and REST.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM-HAM and ITAM-SAM.
• Strong knowledge of Client-side and Server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for UX/UI design.
• Experience with Integration Hub, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Angular-based Client-side and Server-side scripts.
• Experience with Virtual Agent and B2B Integration.
