Description

You will lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITAM SAM modules to streamline asset and software management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ITAM SAM workflows and dashboards to support asset lifecycle management.
• Analyze current asset management processes to identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and asset management policies using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of IT assets and software licenses.
• Provide expert guidance on ITAM SAM tool configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM SAM.
• Proven experience in IT asset and software asset management.
• Ability to manage data imports, reconciliations, and audits within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Accessible Design principles.
• Experience leading incident and problem management related to IT asset tools.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on asset management metrics.
