Description

Translate organizational Software Asset Management (SAM) requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAM requirements and develop implementation roadmaps within ServiceNow.
• Conduct gap analyses to align existing processes with future SAM system needs.
• Write detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement solutions.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience working with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and CSDM frameworks.
• Proficiency in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to support the resolution of SAM-related incidents.

• Degree in any field of study.
