Description

You will own the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Software Catalogs to manage license availability.
• Develop reclamation rules and integrate reclamation and installation automation technologies.
• Execute integrations using the Integration Hub System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) spoke.
• Manage Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) integrations with the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
• Proven experience implementing at least three Software Catalogs within the SAM module.
• Hands-on experience with at least two implementations of the Integration Hub SCCM spoke.
• Experience completing at least three integrations of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) with ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of SAM components, including reclamation rules and software catalog functionality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and its integration with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification for Integration Hub SCCM Spoke, Software Catalog, SAM, and AAD integration.
