Description

You will design, develop, and maintain customized ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on the Software Asset Management (SAM) module.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for ServiceNow modules including SAM, HAM, SRE, and SPM based on stakeholder requirements.
• Configure application workflows, UI policies, and scripts using JavaScript and Jelly to meet business needs.
• Manage REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other ITSM/ITOM tools.
• Perform platform administration, including upgrades, patching, and system maintenance to ensure stability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide resolutions, and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and UI policies within the ServiceNow environment.
• Expertise in at least one asset management module: HAM (Hardware), SAM (Software), or both.
• Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations.
• Deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM concepts, including software license models and hardware lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SRE (Service Request Management) and SPM (Software Portfolio Management) modules.
• Ability to train end-users and administrators on new features and processes.
