Description

You will design, develop, and implement automated processes and workflows for ServiceNow ITSM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
• Configure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the ITSM module.
• Develop and configure integrations with external data sources.
• Identify, troubleshoot, test, and resolve functional issues within the platform.
• Execute functional design tasks to support application implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Direct experience configuring and managing SLAs.
• Proven ability to configure data source integrations.
• Experience in functional design and testing of automated processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
