Description

Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAM Pro solutions following industry best practices.
• Configure workflows, service catalog items, and reclamation processes to recover unused software licenses.
• Develop client-side and server-side logic using UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Scripted Includes.
• Manage data integrity through import sets, data sources, transform maps, and scheduled jobs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated flows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro modules and underlying table structures.
• Proficiency with Client-side scripting (UI Actions, UI Policy, Client Script) and Server-side scripting (Business Rules, Scripted Includes).
• Hands-on experience with data loading, import sets, and transform maps.
• Knowledge of inventory and discovery solutions including ADDM, BigFix, and SCCM.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to design, customize, and enhance ServiceNow workflows and service catalog items.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing software reclamation projects to optimize license usage.
