Description

Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow SAMPro and related modules, ensuring standards and custom configurations meet client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAM standards and SAMPro modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, and ACLs.
• Configure the Notification Engine using custom notification tags and create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using standard and advanced processes.
• Build web services, manage data fetching for vendor forms, and configure Mid-Tier.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Direct experience with SAMPro and SAM implementation.
• Proficiency with CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.
• Strong knowledge of the ITSM suite, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow programming: Client Scripts, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Experience utilizing data management tools for bulk value updates.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of custom notification tags and advanced SRD processes.
