Description

You will own the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAM modules, covering software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance management.
• Perform end-to-end implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow SAM Pro capabilities.
• Integrate SAM with ITSM, CMDB, HAM, and Procurement modules.
• Develop license harvesting and optimization strategies to reduce software costs.
• Build integrations using REST, REST APIs, and SOAP-based services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow development.
• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow SAM and SAM Pro implementation.
• Strong experience working with CMDB, ITSM, and HAM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflow automation).
• Expertise in REST, REST API, and SOAP integration development.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments and large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Familiarity with Software Asset Management principles.
