Description

Facilitate agile delivery within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring sprint goals are met and blockers are removed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint cycles and maintain the product backlog in coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery within the ServiceNow environment.
• Track progress using appropriate tools and report status to the team and management.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software delivery or project management.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, including familiarity with ITSM modules.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to manage requirements and scope.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with backlog grooming and velocity tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
