Description

Lead Agile delivery and business analysis for an enterprise ServiceNow transition, moving legal service delivery and contract lifecycle management from legacy systems to a unified platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain structured backlogs for enhancements, support work, and product initiatives to ensure consistent delivery cadence.
• Gather, refine, and document requirements, translating business needs into user stories and structured work items.
• Support process mapping and future-state design as systems evolve during the transition to ServiceNow.
• Act as a change leader to help the existing team and client adapt to the new platform model.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management and business analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Solutions.
• Proven ability to lead Agile delivery practices in an enterprise IT service delivery environment.
• Strong capability in translating business needs into technical user stories and process maps.
• Experience guiding teams through platform transitions and change management.
• Technical awareness at a non-developer level within a Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with procure-to-pay transformation initiatives.
• Background in legal service delivery or contract lifecycle management.
