You will lead agile ceremonies and delivery within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage delivery workflows specifically within the ServiceNow platform.
• Remove blockers to ensure consistent sprint velocity and team progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow development with project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage agile delivery cycles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
