Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of security solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on scalable and secure enterprise strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), and Threat Intelligence (TI).
• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SecOps modules, defining architecture standards and governance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid7.
• Design automated workflows for threat detection, incident response, and remediation while overseeing CMDB alignment and CSDM framework adherence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, conducting architecture reviews and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in SecOps modules: Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM and SOAR solutions.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools including Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid7.
• Strong understanding of CSDM framework and CMDB alignment.
• Ability to collaborate with security, IT, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification in SecOps or related security modules.
• Experience with enterprise-scale security operations and risk assessment.
