Description

You will architect and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions, focusing on Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. You will define the end-to-end architecture for data ingestion, processing, and analytics layers within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data and AI architecture standards, patterns, and reference architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Design modern data platforms, including lakehouse and data mesh, to support batch, streaming, and real-time analytics.
• Architect AI/ML and GenAI solutions, ensuring scalable integration of predictive analytics and model lifecycle management.
• Embed data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles into architecture designs for compliance and resilience.
• Lead architecture reviews, design trade-offs, and mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and architecture roles with strong AI/ML exposure.
• Deep understanding of Data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Mesh/Fabric) and AI/ML production patterns.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience in enterprise-scale architecture, system integration, and platform design.
• Ability to translate business vision into scalable technical architectures.
• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with MLOps and managing model lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
• Exposure to AI governance, model risk, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Cloud Architect, AI/Data certifications).
