Description

This role owns the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including automated workflows, risk scoring, and compliance reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, attestation workflows, and evidence collection processes.
• Design and deploy risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Manage platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of all customizations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow Build and platform guardrails.
• Integrate SecOps and IRM modules with CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Strong skills in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Advanced scripting proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM data models.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience implementing IRM and SecOps solutions.
• Proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
