Description

Responsibilities –

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps module, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence and Configuration Compliance.

• Design and develop flows and scripts to automate and enhance security operations capabilities.

• Integrate ServiceNow with Third-party security tools and APIs.

• Provide operational support for the SecOps features.

• Conduct testing and debugging of the ServiceNow applications and flows.

• Provide support in upgrade of ServiceNow platform. Capabilities

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS for ServiceNow development.

• Strong expertise across ServiceNow SecOps modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence and Configuration Compliance.

• Experience of integrating ServiceNow with security applications such as Splunk, Anomali etc.

• Experience of integrating ServiceNow with Vulnerability scanners and data providers like Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, NVD etc.

• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management and configuration compliance processes.

• Experience with Flow Designer, ServiceNow studio and Integration Hub.

• Proficient in developing custom applications and good familiarity with ServiceNow CICD pipeline.

• Good familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.

Good to have skills:

Security operations and incident response processes

Vulnerability management workflows

Threat analysis and remediation lifecycle Compliance frameworks and continuous monitoring

Experience with ServiceNow CI/CD, scoped app development, update set management, and automated deployment pipelines.

Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM functionalities
