Job Responsibilities include:

Configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence) to support security operations.

Design workflows, business rules, and client scripts to automate the SecOps lifecycle.

Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management tools for seamless data exchange.

Develop automation for vulnerability assignments, remediation tracking, and exception handling.

Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to monitor security KPIs and trends.

Manage data ingestion using MID Servers, APIs, and integrations while ensuring system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including 3+ years in SecOps modules.

Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SecOps (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence) with experience in workflow design, scripting, and platform customization.

Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM/SOAR tools and vulnerability scanners, along with automation of security processes and data ingestion
