Description

ServiceNow SecOps Developer owning design, development, and deployment of SecOps and IRM solutions. You serve as the subject matter expert for the platform, ensuring alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit standards while maintaining platform integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting.
• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, attestation workflows, and evidence collection.
• Manage platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations.
• Optimize existing IRM modules for performance and usability while maintaining data integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform (SecOps & IRM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration: workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs.
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs.
• Experience with integration technologies: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, ServiceGraph.
• Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform guardrails.

Preferred Skills

• Design and implement IRM and SecOps solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate security incident response playbooks using Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).
