Description

Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow SecOps and IRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and ACLs on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, attestation workflows, and evidence collection.
• Manage platform upgrades, ensuring compatibility of customizations and adherence to best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and other enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in SecOps and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, Web Services, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC.
• Knowledge of ServiceGraph and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).
• Ability to optimize IRM modules for performance, usability, and data integrity.
• Experience aligning solutions with regulatory, compliance, and audit standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Expertise in data modeling, table structures, and relationships within ServiceNow.
