Description

You configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps module (SIR, VR, and TI) to support the security operations lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations for the SecOps lifecycle.
• Enable bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for data ingestion from external tools.
• Develop automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for security KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps, including SIR, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Experience configuring and managing MID Servers and data sources.
• Hands-on integration experience with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, Rapid7, Tenable, or Defender.
• Ability to develop custom business rules, client scripts, and automated workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Performance Analytics for security trend reporting.
• Familiarity with additional SIEM or vulnerability scanning tools beyond the primary stack.
