Description

Configure, customize, and automate ServiceNow SecOps modules to support security operations and incident response.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence).
• Design workflows, business rules, and client scripts to automate the SecOps lifecycle.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management tools.
• Develop automation for vulnerability assignments, remediation tracking, and exception handling.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor security KPIs and trends.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SecOps modules (SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence).
• Strong expertise in workflow design, scripting, and platform customization.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM/SOAR tools and vulnerability scanners.
• Experience with data ingestion using MID Servers and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
