Description

You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow SecOps and IRM solutions, serving as the subject matter expert for platform integrity and compliance alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows, risk scoring models, indicators, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Configure continuous monitoring, control testing, attestation workflows, and evidence collection processes.
• Manage platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations with new releases.
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.
• Optimize existing IRM modules for performance and usability while maintaining data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically SecOps and IRM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration: workflows, forms, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST APIs.
• Experience with integration technologies including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, and ServiceGraph.
• Hands-on experience with automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration.
• Ability to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform guardrails.

Preferred Skills

• Design and implement IRM and SecOps solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate security incident response playbooks using Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR).
