Description

Design, develop, and validate technical solutions that automate vulnerability remediation lifecycles by integrating scanning platforms with ServiceNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build workflows to convert detected vulnerabilities into actionable, trackable tickets within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage ServiceNow SecOps modules and maintain vulnerability response configurations.
• Validate technical solutions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of remediation efforts.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in IT or ServiceNow engineering.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow vulnerability response processes and configurations.
• Strong proficiency in designing and managing ServiceNow workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party security tools with ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote US-based environment or hybrid at Dallas, Miami, or Boston offices.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• General vulnerability management knowledge beyond ServiceNow.
