Lead ServiceNow implementations focused on Security Operations and ITSM modules.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Implement Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance modules.
• Configure Security Incident Response applications and build integrations with SIEM and Threat Intelligence enrichment tools.
• Develop email integrations to import suspicious emails as security incidents for phishing use cases.
• Build service requests, request items, and tasks using workflows to automate data flows between customers and support teams.
• Conduct system and integration testing with sample and live data while monitoring application health and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Deep expertise in Security Incident Response and Vulnerable Item processes.
• Experience implementing Vulnerability Response applications and integrating them with vulnerability scanner tools.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and Orchestration.
• Proven ability to implement catalog items and record producers.
• Experience loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Knowledge of CTI and CMDB.
