ServiceNow SecOps Product Manager

You will own the product roadmap and lifecycle for ServiceNow SecOps modules to support IT Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SecOps product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing work for Vulnerability Response and other SecOps tools.
• Submit, track, and approve enhancement requests and development plans with platform teams.
• Coordinate development efforts by providing quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and validation.
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging ETS Risk teams to define requirements and refine product strategies.
• Communicate product roadmap timelines and project status to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within risk management or financial services.
• Direct experience working with ServiceNow, specifically Vulnerability Response and the SecOps suite.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Proven experience leading IT projects, managing stakeholders, and defining technology strategy.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into requirements for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Platform expertise.
