Description

Lead ServiceNow implementation projects focusing on Security Operations and ITSM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow systems, developing workflows, flows, service requests, and record producers based on customer requirements.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks using JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly Scripting.
• Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration, REST, SOAP, email, and MID.
• Conduct system and integration testing to ensure application health, usage, and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze environments and recommend best-practice ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations, specifically Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset.
• Proficiency in scripting within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly Scripting.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, and relational databases.
• Ability to load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Knowledge of AngularJS and JSON.
