Description

Own the ServiceNow Security Operations Vulnerability Response configuration, application development, and O&M support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure vulnerability assignment rules, remediation tasks, and watch topics to streamline security operations.
• Implement CI Lookup Rules to accurately identify configuration items and manage CMDB associations.
• Manage integration configurations with vulnerability scanning tools, specifically Tenable.
• Develop ServiceNow components including application modules, workflows, catalog requests, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Troubleshoot platform component issues and adhere to Agile methodology during sprints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow System Configuration.
• 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Vulnerability Response.
• 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Experience managing Vulnerability Manager and IT Remediation Workspace configurations.
• Proficiency in vulnerability data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
