Description

You will lead the implementation of secure, scalable, and compliant practices across the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement access controls, including ACLs, roles, and groups.
• Collaborate with IAM teams and integrate tools like Okta or Azure AD.
• Develop and maintain governance policies and technical documentation.
• Support compliance initiatives and internal audits.
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to deploy secure solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus on security.
• Deep knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security architecture.
• Experience with IAM systems and ITIL practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API scripting.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOX, or GDPR.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Security Ops, or GRC).
• Hands-on experience with GRC/IRM modules.
